3D perspective floor plan

There are no known 3D perspective floor plan for my unit.

I suppose these 3D layout are the most similar and closest in layout that I could find.

The only difference is that for my unit, the kitchen is located directly after the main door upon entry, and is not enclosed but parallel to the wall. Similar to the location of the kitchen in that of the 3d perspective of the 1 bedroom below.

The location of my 2 bedrooms and bathrooms are similarly to the 3d perspective of the 2 bedrooms below.

The colour theme

After looking through several hundreds of room deco and designs, I have decided on blue was my color theme. Not dark blue. Not royal blue. Just light sky blue or sea blue.

Floor plan

Below is the floor plan of my 2 bedroom unit.

63 sqm/678 sqft.

This is about half the size of my current place now.

Highlights:

1. Master bedroom has one half-wall length windows due to the air con ledge located just outside.

2. Bedroom 2 has one full-wall length windows. I probably would be squeezing a King size bed there to optimize the full scenic view of the windows.

3. Will probably install a bathtub in the master bath.

4. Thinking of hacking and removing the drywall that separates bedroom 2 and the Living room.
